These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Orbly and any other games, apps, or services ("Services") provided by ARDT Gaming ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

You may play as a guest or create an account using email or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Guest accounts may lose progress if the app is uninstalled.
Our Services may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Our games may include virtual currency (such as coins) and virtual items. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify virtual economies at any time.
Our Services may display advertisements provided by third parties including Google AdMob. By using our Services, you consent to the display of advertisements. Some features may require watching rewarded advertisements in exchange for in-game benefits.
All content in our Services, including but not limited to graphics, music, game mechanics, and code, is owned by ARDT Gaming and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARDT Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
